Magic Landings

Situated in Kissimmee just off the FAMOUS US192, Magic Landings is a small community in the Orlando Area of Florida, of which the majority are short term rentals homes the rest are residential homes.

Situated away from the busy roads, this is the ideal place for a family holiday. This is a gated community, surrounded by a privacy wall and some wooded areas. The entrance is lined with lush Palm Trees and the Gardens are all landscaped making this a beautiful place to spend your holidays. As the gates swing open and you drive down Magic Landings Boulevard, you will know that this is the place to be. All homes are built to the highest of standards and are the pride and joy of each and every owner.

There is also a small lake within the community which adds to the beauty, peacefulness and tranquillity of this community. Only a few miles from the Florida Turnpike and the Osceola Parkway makes easy access to all of Central Florida’s attractions. Walt Disney World can be accessed in around 15 minutes, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure in around 20 minutes. Orlando International Airport is also around 20 minutes away. What else can you ask for?

The community is directly across from the Kissimmee Tourist Information Centre and also the Silver Spurs Rodeo, which is located inside Osceola Heritage Park. Local golf courses are in abundance for the professional or amateur Golfers in the family. Local shops and restaurants are minutes away, and there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Orlando Villas are becoming more popular for family holidays offering luxury accommodation at very reasonable prices.

The Beach is easy to get to from here too, turn right outside the main gate of Magic Landings and just follow the signs. You can also get to Boggy Creek Airboat Rides in a few minutes or Gatorland, all more or less on your doorstep. Our personal favourite is the Florida Mall and also the brand new Prime Outlet on International Drive. But remember, take the kids with you, they come in handy for carrying the bags!

If you are from the UK, please remember that you have a luggage allowance with your Airline.

If you are flying with a charter airline (Travel City, Airtours, MyTravel etc), your luggage allowance is usually around 15kg each person

If you are flying with a schedule airline (Delta, Virgin-Atlantic, BA, AA), your luggage allowance is usually more, usually around 20kg per case. But these are subject to change.

These are HOA rules and must be adhered to.

As with many new communities in Orlando, Kissimmee and the surrounding areas, construction is going on in some areas of the community. You should be aware that some noise and disturbance may be noticed, but should not interfere with your vacation. If you think that this may cause you an issue, it may be better for you to locate a home where construction is completed on the site. There is no construction to the immediate Right or Left of our property, as it is either complete or because we have the end lot. As with all construction, some debris is expected but this is kept to a minimum and is kept within the close proximity of the lot being built on.
